I have something interesting to share with all of you to improve our healthy..
Do you know that coconut water is good for our health especially young green coconut. It because the water is contain a lot of sugar, salt and vitamins but contain less cholesterol. Beside that, coconut water good in diet because it's natural diuretic that can increase rate of body 's metabolic which help to weight loss..
A lot of benefit will you get when you are drink coconut water and it also much better than other water such as;
- it can be natural isotonic beverage for the athlete.
- it is more healthy than orange juice because contain less calories.
- it is more nutritious than whole milk which is less fat and cholesterol.
With a a large of benefit, there is no reason not to include coconut water in your daily lifestyle... so drink it for you health....:)
